I attended Massage Therapy school in the beautiful coastal town of Wilmington, NC in 2001 and was originally licensed in North Carolina before settling in Texas.  Throughout my 20 plus years of experience, I have mastered the practice of thoughtfully planning every massage based upon the individual client's goals. I understand that every body type requires a customized experience in order to make him or her feel their very best. My technique is nurturing and therapeutic with good pressure and fluid movement to release tension in the body and mind. I specialize in a Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Mother and Infant massage, Thai massage, Hot Stones and Reflexology. Massage is a form of self care that I believe we all need in order to perform at our best.
