I pride myself in the care and customization that I provide my clients. In my 20 years of practicing the art of massage therapy, I have learned that even though we may all have different body sizes and shapes, we all use the same muscle groups every day. We are all unique in how we hold our posture, how we walk, how we pick up our little ones, and even how we carry our grocery bags. Muscle groups can cause discomfort when over or under worked. My goal for all of my clients is for you to truly feel better just for coming in to see me. My technique is nurturing and therapeutic. I maintain a good pressure with fluid movement to release tension in the body, as well as the mind.
