Hello! My name is Nicole Bandstra. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a mother of 3, and a body worker.  My passion for massage started when I was about 10 years old rubbing my mom's feet and she told me I could make a career of it! She purchased me a video explaining foot reflexology and a pair of socks that showed where the acupressure points on the feet were. I was amazed that massage not only felt good, but has so many medical benefits as well. I attended the Iowa College of Natural Health and graduated in 2009. I worked in a spa for 6 months before I realized that it wasn't the right fit for me or quite my style of massage. I then started working with a team of chiropractors and massage therapists and continued for almost 4 years. I took a break when I became a mother and stayed home with the kids for 5 years. I was blessed to be able to spend that time home with them.  When I decided I was ready to start working again, I dove head first into self employment. I opened Vital Massage in 2019. Being a business owner has become another passion of mine and I look forward to what the future will bring. I am currently working within Browne Family Chiropractic in Pella, IA  alongside Dr. Browne and 3 other LMT's.  Providing therapeutic massage and deep tissue bodywork is vital for anyone who is wanting a healthier, happier life by relieving muscle tension.
