Sports and Myofascial Pain Specialist, James Fritschle (pronounced "Frich-Lee") holds certificates in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Sports Massage, Flexibility Coaching and Personal Training. James graduated from his initial training in massage therapy school 2001 and has committed his career to helping others MANAGE PAIN and OVERCOME injuries, IMPROVE BODY AWARENESS and EDUCATE and mentor future massage therapists. For over 2 decades James has been helping hundreds of people with troublesome back & neck pain , irritating repetitive motion and work related injuries like tennis elbow , frozen shoulder, torticollis , whiplash, herniated and bulging discs. Since 2007, James has been affiliated with Athlete's Performance, EXOS Training Center at the Andrew's Orthopedic Institute (Gulf Breeze) , and the Pensacola Country Club where he has helped athletes RECOVER faster and obtain peak transformations. Through volunteer efforts with AMTA and the FSMTA, James has developed leadership skills , served on the board of directors, chapter president, and numerous chair positions. He participates and helps host numerous educational conferences and workshops for ADVANCED massage and bodywork pioneers & leaders from all over the world. In 2012, James started teaching with Pensacola State College where he mentors new students in the safe practice and application of medical massage. In 2019 James earned the National Sports Massage Therapist of the Year award from FSMTA and serves as team therapist for the Special Forces Command TEAM SOCOM Warrior Care Coalition DoD WARRIOR GAMES. James recently moved his private practice to FIT, FITNESS IMPACT TRAINING center in downtown Pensacola. In his free time James and his wife are HONEYBEE KEEPERS.
