After spending over 20 years in corporate accounting, Nicholle found the stress of the industry took a toll on both her spirit and physical well being. Having always been drawn to wellness and the healing power of touch, Nicholle completed a yoga teacher certification in 2012 and later found an amazing myofascial release therapist, whom she credits with the healing of her body from years of job related stress. After experiencing the incredible results of her own therapy, she decided to become a massage therapist in order to help others. Nicholle completed her massage therapy training at the Myotherapy College of Utah in Salt Lake City and became a licensed massage therapist in the state of Arkansas. Nicholle has explored different massage modalities and has accumulated hundreds of hours of specialized training and certification in myofascial release therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. Nicholle specializes in the John F. Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release and the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Additionally, she has specialized training in lymphatic drainage for cosmetic surgery post-operative care. She is a member of The American Massage Therapy Association and prides herself in maintaining rigorous standards of professionalism and ethics. Nicholle focuses on individualized care, using her training in a variety of massage modalities to discover the cause of pain and dysfunction and to assist your body in the healing process.
