Alden certainly knows what he is doing. He treated areas I was concerned about and areas I was not even aware that needed to be massaged. I had an hour with him, I certainly wish I had more time. I do come back.

It is so rare these days to find a masseur who actually knows the body and what he is doing. While I do prefer deep tissue massage, Alden does a great job, and uses light to medium pressure. He primarily focuses on the backside, but that work
