Kristin used a combination of techniques on some particularly tight areas in my lower back. She utilized the deep tissue massage, cupping, and a massage gun/tool to increase blood flow to the affected area, and that is just what it needed.

She is very nice and professional. She was over an hour late. While she explained it was due to traffic and had good communication regarding it, it still was very late. Her skill set was decent. The hot towel is a must. Loved the relaxation
