The massage bed was warm! The whole environment is structured for peak relaxation. Warm, low lights, music.. I was tight when I came in and completely loose when I left.

A very relaxing massage. I had some tight muscles he got to relax tho he found more than I knew about. I asked for a therapeutic massage and maybe I should have gone for deep tissue. Results are that my lower back is a bit sore but not more
