I strive to send you back out into the world with a more pain-free & mobile body, and a feeling of serenity and peacefulness! I am also a Doula, a menstrual educator & a natural family planning instructor. I love empowering women by teaching them more about their bodies, and encouraging them to feel confident & proud of what their bodies are made to do.
