Heidi Riley is a licensed and certifified massage therapist in Wisconsin and Illinois. She has been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. She was awarded her certificate in the Vodder Method for Manual Lymph Drainage in 2000. MLD has been clinically proven to reduce inflammation (post-surgical or otherwise), and to greatly reduce the effects of scarring while eliminating cell debris and other toxic build up through the lymphatic system. In addition to MLD, Heidi performs multiple other massage modalities such as deep tissue massage, stress relieving massage, cupping, and hot stone massage. Believing very strongly in the mind/body connection and treating her clients holistically, Heidi aims to receive her certification in integrated Mind/Body Therapy in the near future.
