I have been studying and practicing the healing art of massage and movement for most of my life. In my early teens I began receiving massage and chiropractic adjustments due to sports injuries and trying to learn as much as I can while receiving treatment. Along with that I was reading as much as I could about various healing arts. I would practice techniques on myself and then naturally friends and family. Encouraged by them, I completed the Therapeutic Massage program at the Arcata School of Massage in 2015 to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. There I studied Middleway Method, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Ortho-bionomy, and Syntropy techniques. I have been practicing privately, at yoga teacher trainings, at retreat centers in the California mountains and anywhere I can to help someone feel a little better in their body. Recently my wife and I relocated to Wisconsin, where I worked for one year at Elements Massage in Elm Grove before moving north to Plymouth, my wife's hometown. There started growing our family tree and setting some roots. In November we welcomed our baby boy to the world and have been learning more than we ever imagined about patience, listening, and the art of allowing.
