My name is Emma Freeman, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Practitioner, writer and healing arts teacher in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.  My own healing journey has led me to reconnect lovingly to my own body which has ignited a deep passion in me to explore miraculous ways the body can heal and the complexities we hold inside ourselves. I have struggled through and healed an eating disorder, multiple addictions including alcohol, depression, obsessive compulsive behaviors, avoidant attachment / disassociation and self-harm. I am passionate about helping others on their own healing journeys to reconnect to their miraculous bodies and discover ways to love themselves more deeply. I offer holistic massage and Reiki sessions as well as therapeutic writing workshops and meditative creative experiences to help facilitate soul expression through emotional and physical release of tension/restrictions of energy flow in the body and mindfulness and contemplative practices for deeper self-compassion and inner discovery.  I'm a Buddhist, deeply connected to nature, I'm a highly sensitive person, hearing impaired and sober.
