In my practice, I strive to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
My bodywork profession began May of 2015 after graduating from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Madison College where I was trained in traditional Swedish style massage as well as deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, hot stone, sport, and lymphatic massage. I am also trained in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), more commonly referred to as Graston Technique, and cupping therapy.
My goal of every session is to provide a safe, healing space for each one of my clients. Each session will begin with a thorough intake where health history will be discussed, and a mutual goal will be agreed upon for that day's session. After each session, a plan of action for at home care and future treatment will also be discussed, giving them the tools and recommendations to continue to make steps forward in their wellness journey outside of the bodywork session.
