Aundrea Umphrey went to the world renowned massage school in Chicago, The Soma Massage Institute and is licensed in more than just relaxing massage. Aundrea went to an 11 month program that went in depth on the structure of the body, muscles, veins and arteries, the organs and how they function, and the pathologies of numerous health conditions. Aundrea specializes in a wide variety of techniques and treatments as listed above and including; whiplash, DDD, Tendinitis, TMJ, Sports massage, IT band contracture, and so much more. Aundrea is committed to keeping her skills competitive and up to date with continual improvements to her services and expansion of her knowledge. She regularly attends lectures, courses, obtains new certifications, and reads the newest updates on massage, technologies and advancements in her field, insights into the body, and updated courses and treatments to provide the highest quality massage. Aundrea prides herself on keeping her massage clinical based to aid in pain management and tension release with a side of relaxation to help with the mental health aspect of massage. Aundrea follows a personal statement of, “helping to reduce the pain in people’s lives permanently, not just temporarily”.
