very professional

This was a different kind on massage experience. I'd books a few more sessions to get a better sense of the benefits I'm personally getting. This is not a negative comment. I enjoyed the massage and the information summary Shannon provided at

Shannon does a good job of figuring out exactly what you need and fixing what is wrong. I move better than many people my age because Shannon keeps me limber.

This was my first time with Shannon. She found my tight spots. I felt relaxed. We had some wonderful conversations about her and her family and mine. Shannon is knowledgeable about the body and muscles.

I always seek out someone who is familiar with alternative care options. Shannon was a great mix of eastern meets western therapies. So easy to talk to as well. I feel great after my first 1.5 massage/reflexology appointment.
