I enjoy helping people who suffer from migraines plus hand and foot work because they connect to the whole body! I'm passionate about helping my clients to de-stress and leave the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Being a massage Therapist is truly an honor as I am able to help people take a more natural approach to their overall health and wellness. My training includes: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Thai, Hot Stones, Special Populations, and Cupping.
