I will take the time to listen to your concerns, carefully analyze your signs and symptoms and provide you with the highest quality care possible. (WI Lic #5010-146) A native of the Fox Valley, Kathryn graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee. She has been practicing massage full-time since her graduation in 2010 with a focus on therapeutic massage with a special interest in chronic pain conditions. Kathryn's experiences with her own chronic pain, helping others on their health journeys and being on the front lines of the wellness industry has developed her passion for customized, inclusive health and wellness care that is centered around each person's unique experiences and needs. Her personal experience with diet culture and its effects on her physical, mental and emotional health lead her to add certification as an Intuitive Eating Facilitator and wellness coach. She is currently also completing her certification as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner with the Nutrition Therapy Association. She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and an ACE Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner. She also holds a personal trainers certification through American Council on Exercise, a wellness coach certification through National Exercise Trainers Association and is a certified Intuitive Eating Facilitator. Kathryn has continued her education with credits in, Advanced Myofascial Techniques, Anatomy Trains, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, massage cupping, kinesiology taping and many other topics. She has previously held certificates as a CPR instructor and nursing assistant. Before pursuing a career as a massage therapist, Kathryn taught high school band and choir, earning her Bachelor of Music from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Motivated by her own experiences with chronic pain, she pursued a career in massage; however, she remains active in the local music community as a singer and flutist. Her other interests include bicycling, hiking, jogging, yoga, reading and home improvement projects.
