I'm fascinated with the body's ability and willingness to be healthy if we just give it a chance.  I've been a nurse for 20 years and have worked in a traditional care model for most of that time.  I believe there is a different way to care for people, a better way.  What if we could support our body's ability to heal itself? I am so excited to be on this journey of discovery and building my skills as a practitioner. I am doing ongoing studies with Carol Gray Center for CST Studies, in Portland, and am excited to keep learning and developing my healing ability in a partnership with my clients.
