I also incorporate gentle, nurturing techniques such as pelvic & abdominal work, myofascial sensing, and Lymphatic Facilitation for a comprehensive healing experience. ​ My passion is to help people discover their body’s potential & assist in healing from surgery, childbirth, managing chronic & acute pain, boosting your energy levels, and addressing feelings of mild anxiety & depression, alongside other bodily changes you may encounter . ​ I'm a birth admirer, Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and mother of one resilient kiddo. Today my practice is on the Edmonds/Mountlake Terrace border in WA state.
