If your'e feeling trapped in pain and old patterns this work presents a powerful, life affirming path to greater ease in movement and breath.  The Rolf Method of Structural Integration changed my life, offering me a way out of pain and compression, and it can do the same for you.  I was a nationally ranked javelin thrower, river guide and professional firefighter for the City of Seattle.  Drawn to the magnetic nexus of the physical and metaphysical in my practice, I pursed a Ph.D. in Philosophy.  I practice in Lake Union and West Seattle, and am the Rolf practitioner for the Washington Athletic Club.
