Carmen Noguer, LMP owns the practice, Lake Sylvia Wellness & Massage, in the famous Vidette Building at 109 West Marcy Ave, Montesano, WA.  With over 30 years of experience in bodywork, Carmen Noguer is a second-generation healing practitioner dedicated to helping clients achieve balance and well-being. Specializing in postural balancing and injury treatment, Carmen brings a holistic approach to her practice. She has taught classes in Hot Stone Massage and Lomi Lomi massage, sharing her expertise in these transformative modalities. Carmen is a certified Reiki Master and trained in Jin Shin Do Acupressure, integrating energy work with therapeutic touch. In 2024, she earned a certificate in Trauma-Informed Engagement and Healing from Evergreen State College, further enhancing her ability to support clients on their healing journeys with compassion and insight. Carmen’s practice is rooted in a deep commitment to helping others connect with their bodies, release tension, and find renewed vitality and joy.
