When I was 9, I would massage my Grandfather's legs and feet after a round of golf. I would also massage my Grandmother's and Mother's feet. Although, they paid me $.50 for doing so, I found my gratitude in making them feel better. My Grandfather used to say that I needed to become a massage therapist because I have the touch and I'd be good at it. Here I am. He would be proud to see me today. I'm a single mother of two teens, one of which is autistic and a pet mom of a cat and a black lab. We do our best, pertaining to the ever-changing weather of Washington State, to get out and enjoy nature. Local trails and parks seem to be our favorite here in Lewis County, staying close and supporting our local community. I have been a massage therapist for over 10yrs. I've spent most of my career working in chiropractor offices up North in King County. I worked in Thurston County for three years and I've been in Lewis County for the past couple of years. I worked as an employee for my entire career and now I have ventured off into the wild with my own business. I live in my local community, here in Centralia and I am so excited to bring my services and expertise here. Because of my schooling and years working in medical/clinical settings, I have a clinical way of thinking and approaching my way of treatment with massage; I like to find the problem and fix it. I see me and my patient as a team; I find the problem and offer solutions that include self-care practices, if not refer to a chiropractor; if it's needed. I specialize in deep tissue, treatment work, cranio-sacral, cupping, gua sha and intra oral. I also do pre-natal and post-natal massage along with manual lymphatic drainage. My passion for my work runs deep by helping my patients live life pain free with more mobility to achieve their daily goals. My mission is to bring another level of wellness to each and every person I work with; professionally and ethically. Massage has greatly impacted my life in a way that has made me passionate about helping people in need of relaxation and in need of pain relief. I have found another passion to further help my patients heal on a passive and deeper level than massage can touch, with Sound Healing. This kind of healing has been around for centuries with bowls, bells, voice, crystals and tuning forks. For more information on this amazing modality, contact me.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
