I use Neurokinetic Therapy to assess and correct improper motor control patterns to improve the way you move and reduce pain. A combination of myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Thai, craniosacral techniques, and Reiki helps balance areas of too much or too little tone, improve range of motion, decrease pain, and calm the mind.
