When we take care of ourselves by reducing stress and improving our connection to our body and the way it functions, we are setting ourselves up to be happier and more productive members of the community. As an avid adventure and action sports athlete I have been the recipient of first-hand knowledge of the benefits of massage while recovering from major injuries. I have also utilized massage in my personal self-care to navigate life more calmly on life’s terms. That’s what brought me into massage as a career, a passion, and a profession. My aim is to provide care specific to the needs of my clients whether it be relaxation and stress management to full injury recovery planning and implementation.
