I am mother, healer, and earth-stewardess and it is my intention to encourage, create, and affirm vibrant health and vitality throughout all facets of my life, work, and engagements. Since childhood I have felt a deep connection to the earth and all of its beings. It is this passion and love that has lead me to the healing journeys and trainings that have equipped me with the skill set and experience that I offer today. I believe that prioritizing and maintaining the health of our bodies and our childrens’ bodies is the first step to being able to engage more deeply with the healing of the earth and the greater whole. I have been a practicing massage therapist for 25 years, and polarity therapy for 17 years. Even after 25 years, I am constantly learning, growing, and leading with the intention of gleaning more wisdom and finding ways to evolve and deepen my practice. It is my Earth Promise to care for the earth and its beings in all of the ways I know how. I strive to live simply and humbly and to create a healing space so that others may progress and heal as an individual and thus the whole. I am honored to have the opportunity to offer a safe space for my clients to soften and relax into releasing that which no longer serves so that we may all heal and return to the abundant garden that provides all we need to live a rich life of wholeness, harmony, love, health, and joy.
