Amy became interested in holistic healthcare while recovering from sports injuries in high school. She received her bachelors in Exercise Health Sciences from Alma College in 1991, and moved to Seattle in 1992 where she completed her massage training and licensing in 1993. After 13 successful years practicing massage therapy, Amy pursued her interests in human potential and Structural Integration and became a Certified Rolfer ® in 2005. She founded Island Wellness Center on San Juan Island and enjoyed many fruitful years practicing in the Pacific Northwest. In 2020, Amy returned to New England to be near family. She now enjoys hiking and exploring the Green Mountain State with her husband and daughter.
