Graduated from school in 2021 with 825 hours of training, completed Advanced Deep Tissue Training in 2021 with an additional 72 hours of training, and opened my own business the same year. Took and passed the National Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam (MBLEx).  As well as running my own business, I've done chair massage for teachers at the schools, and local businesses for their employees.  Certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Trigger Point, Non-medical Lymphatic Drainage as well as the use of Bamboo, Stones and Cupping.  My sessions include all modalities where they are needed on your body.  I spent 25 years in the military and have chosen this career path for my next chapter.  Massage therapy gives me the ability to continue to help others with relaxation, and feel better not only physically, but also mentally. I also get to do something I enjoy.
