Kristia originally sought massage therapy for pain management. After receiving her first massage she quickly realized this would be her life’s work. She received her diploma in 2000. She is now a Board Certified Massage Therapist and has been providing massage for 23 years. She is a fierce proponent of blending eastern and western medical modalities for her client’s optimal health. Kristia has studied CranioSacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Advanced Energy Healing, and Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS Therapy). As well as being a Reiki Master,   Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner, she is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner . She will design a treatment plan that will work best for your needs, and be able to recognize and change that treatment plan if at any time it is no longer serving you.
