My journey into this healing work began through my own experiences of overcoming life’s challenges, including domestic violence and the heartbreaking loss of my oldest son. Along the way, I discovered the profound power of self-love, self-healing, self-care, and self-acceptance. Trauma has a way of affecting every aspect of our being—even physically. The concept of muscle memory in trauma is very real, as our bodies hold onto what we’ve been through. That’s why I’m here—to help you release, restore, and heal.
