Ildikó obtained her National Certification through NCBTMB in 2007 after graduating from massage school. She has certification and licensure in both PA and Florida, and currently has an active license through the Virginia Board of Nursing. Ildikó made the decision to pursue her massage license after working as a Yoga Instructor with clients at her private studio in Pennsylvania.  Inspired by her love of body mechanics, movement, and her passion to learn more about human conditioning and behavior with how that operates and effects the body on so many different levels of your overall health, including the quality and decisions we make in our daily lives, she has spent her life both personally and professionally working on the truth of what it really means to be present. Ildikó graduated as an Awakening To Presence Integration Practitioner in 2019. She has applied those methods into all areas of her life both personally and professionally. She has explored healing from an experiential body oriented investigative approach into the true nature of human existence. This form of learning integrates many fields of studies which include neuroscience, psychology, anatomy and physiology, breath work, meditation, conscious movement, and more.  It supports individuals seeking to release stressful beliefs, thoughts, emotional, and physical traumas that are unconsciously being held within the body and mind in an integrated way.
