Katherine loves blending relaxation and therapeutic techniques together to create a custom massage experience for each of her clients. She enjoys listening to what the client wants and needs from a massage and then using her skills and knowledge to help every individual achieve their goals. Although Katherine practices deep tissue massage, she usually works below the client's pain threshold and in a way that provides relief without painful pressure. She has experience with prenatal massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, and therapeutic or medical massage. She often incorporates dynamic cupping, hot stone therapy, Theragun percussion, plantar reflexology, myofascial release, passive stretching, and trigger point therapy to help clients achieve their goals. Katherine has additional education in Visceral Manipulation from the Barral Institute, trauma-informed therapy, aromatherapy, trans-informed and post surgery therapy.
