My name is Patricia Hales, I'm from Arizona and I have been a massage therapist for 13 years. I grew up in sports; soccer, swim team, cross-country, track, and pole-vault. I naturally leaned into an athletic training major at NAU but after 2 years I realized I wanted more hands-on involvement in injury recovery. I then switched to Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy which was accredited for its scientific and corrective approach. After earning my massage license I worked with 2 chiropractors for 4 years where I learned about the importance of alignment and how to aid in alignment using the soft tissues of the body. I then moved to Utah, received my Medical Massage Practitioner certification and started my own home business, which is where I am today. I love to help people function, heal, progress and manage pain.
