I was born, raised and currently live in Utah. I love and cherish the deep roots I have here.  My passions are my family, my education, snowboarding, camping, concerts, road trips and food.    My journey into the manual therapy and bodywork field was not a straight one.  As a kid, I wanted to be a massage therapist when I grew up.  My well intending parents counseled me that an office job would be a safer choice.  I started my adult life by getting married and worked in various manager and office jobs, yet I still dabbled in the massage therapy world with friends and family. When I got divorced in my late 20's I needed to re define what I wanted for my life, So I decided to go back to school and follow my original dream. I've since had the great benefit of traveling to other states in search of new innovative modalities as well as continuing my education with the Dr Ida Rolf Institute.
