As an entrepreneur with firsthand experience of the stresses and pain that can lead to burnout, I truly understand how it can affect every aspect of life. My journey toward massage therapy was born from my own transformation—learning to listen to my body and recognizing the subtle signals it sends before they turn into chronic issues. By changing my habits and becoming more attuned to my physical well-being, I found a new career path in massage therapy. My approach focuses on soft tissue manipulation, working with the body’s systems to enhance circulation, relax muscles, reduce pain, and restore balance. I use therapeutic techniques that support the body’s natural state of homeostasis, helping you achieve optimal health and relaxation. By working closely with professional colleagues in physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedics, and neurology, I ensure that you receive a holistic approach to your healing. If you're seeing a specialist, I encourage open communication so we can work together for the best results. A Bit About Me I'm a proud Provo, Utah native and an alumna of Provo High School. My diverse background includes roles as a Dental Assistant, Business Owner, and Correctional/Dental Assistant. I studied at Provo College to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and specialize in techniques like Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage, among others. I continue to refine my skills through advanced courses and earn CE credits annually through the ABMP and other relevant education providers. Why I Do This Because you’re worth it! Services I Offer As a solo practitioner, I’m passionate about helping people, whether you're a client, a colleague, or a practice in need of support. I’m happy to step in for your regular massage therapist if they’re unavailable due to illness, surgery, or time off. If I have availability, I’ll be there to help! Travel/Outcall Services I offer outcall services to your home, care facility, or business Monday through Friday. Payment Options I accept  Venmo, or Cash, Visa, HSA Visa Cards (with a 3% service charge), Collaboration with Your Healthcare Providers If you'd like your doctor, chiropractor, or other healthcare providers involved in your care, I am open to communication to ensure we’re all working together for your best interests and healing.
