Troy is a seasoned physical therapist in private practice and was awarded PT Champion in 2023 by Utah Physical Therapy Association.  His expertise is mechanical diagnosis and therapy (McKenzie Method) for lower back and neck pain.  His highly intuitive approach comes from experience and overcoming 10 years of debilitating back pain himself, and helping thousands of clients over three decades. Certified in trigger point dry needling, and an experienced body worker, he will find the problem and help you fix it. His teachers are master clinicians and respected all over the world.
