Hello, and Welcome to Delta Birth Support! My name is Cynthia Howell and I am a birth doula who supports women and their families during their pregnancy, labor, delivery and post-partum period. I have experience supporting women with home, and hospital births and had my last baby in a birth center. I believe that through education and support women can be empowered to make the best, most informed decisions for their pregnancies and have an amazing birth experience. As a skilled prenatal massage therapist I am able to use additional relaxation techniques to aid in the management of pain during labor. I am honored to have the privilege of supporting women and their families during such a life-changing experience.
