In 2012 I began attending Myotherapy College of Utah after watching my aunt go through massage school. I was fascinated by the holistic approach she took to help her clients heal from issues that affected their mind, body, and spirit. I liked the idea of using therapeutic touch to help bring relief and comfort to those who needed it. I was introduced to prenatal massage towards the end of my training and I am so grateful for the path it led me on. While attending Myotherapy College of Utah I trained in prenatal and fertility massage through Claire Marie Miller's Nurturing the Mother training's, these training's lit a fire in my soul and led me down the path of continuing education and Certifications as a Doula, Child Birth Educator and Birth Assistant. These educational opportunities have given me the tools necessary to help prepare couples for amazing birth experiences, to provide relief of aches and pains through bodywork during pregnancy and comfort during labor, and give support during the post-partum period. This has been fulfilling and brought immense joy to my life. Some of my massage specialties include Pregnancy, Fertility, Swedish/Relaxation, and Pediatric Massage.  I specifically enjoy working to relieve neck, low back, hip, and shoulder tension through trigger point release, assisted stretching, and intuitive touch. I believe in working with your body through patiently warming up the tissue's to encourage tension release and relaxation.   My massage practice is open for business in the small town of Delta Utah, I work out of my home studio teaching birth classes, and giving massages, I also serve as a doula supporting hospital, birth center, and home births for clients in Juab, Utah county, and Millard Counties  Some of my hobbies are spending time with my husband and four daughters, traveling, continuing education, movie nights, and trying new Thai dishes.
