I've lived in Utah my whole life and love spending time with family and friends. I have a husband, two beautiful successful kids, and a couple of cute dogs. I was first attracted to a career as a massage therapist after seeing my mom suffer through a degenerating spinal condition. She’s not able to lay on her back or sit for long periods of time, while her back is held together with metal braces, screws, and spinal cord stimulators. Her doctors recommended that she find a local massage therapist that could work on her and properly tailor their technique to her comfort level. But this was more of a challenge than she expected. I wanted to help her with her limited mobility in any way that I could. I knew that regular massage therapy would allow her to maintain her mobility and remain upright. So I went to massage therapy school and became a license massage therapist. I went on to open my own massage therapy business serving the needs of my local community.  Today, as a massage therapist working from my home massage studio located in Clearfield, Utah, I specialize in relaxation and pain relief massage techniques such as deep tissue, hot stones, and Swedish massage. I have a passion for helping others to increase their flexibility, help to relieve their pain and reduce the aches that come with everyday life.
