My practice started as a personal journey to find my own understanding of wellness and has grown into a comprehensive and therapeutic way of life for myself and my clients. Working on my own personal Yoga practice for 20 years has cultivated a holistic approach to wellness, melding many methods and lineages, in a deeply therapeutic and transformative process. I offer the body a place to learn and listen without a rigid mindset, encourage the development of body awareness through breath awareness, body scanning techniques, meditation, and mudras to calm, center, relieve stress and build strength by feeding our bodies with its vital life source.
