HI, I am Sarah, your Licensed Massage Therapist. I am 42 years old and a mom to two young ladies. I am also a grandmother to two sweet girls who are very big heartbeats of mine! I have been licensed as a Massage Therapist for 5 years. I worked for a known massage brand for some time and in July of this year (2021), I decided it was finally time for me to work for myself. It brings me great joy to be able to help ease your aches, pains, stresses and all the things in between through a holistic and natural approach. Life tries to come full force, like a wrecking ball and wants to tackle us like we weren't made to stand in strength! Somehow, (well, not somehow. We know it is a BUT GOD moment) we get back up, dust our selves off and keep on, keeping on and roll with the punches. God created us Massage Therapists to help ease, relieve and aid with all that life tries to throw. I am here to tell you that it is ok to take care yourself for at least 1 hour. Listen to and soak in the relaxing instrumental worship music, or we can go ahead and have a full blown worship session with all the words! I personally like listening to all the words!  How about soaking in Gods word while in session. Yes, that is definitely a option for you!  It is completely up to you. I am not perfect and there are many who have many more years of experience than I do, but I  genuinely want you to leave here feeling new and refreshed inside and out!
