Entering the field of massage therapy, I feel right at home. Helping people reconnect the body with the mind is important to me and massage is a great way to achieve that. Following my passion, in 2022 I attended the Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio, TX graduating with honors and 340 hours of internship. While in school, I became certified in Therapeutic Cupping, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point, Prenatal Massage, Oncology Massage, and Therapeutic Stretching. Since finishing school, I have continued to immerse myself in learning other modalities of healing and therapy such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique, Craniosacral Therapy, and more recently, Fascial Counterstrain Therapy. As I thrive, and build upon my skills with continued education, research, and experience, every client receives the very best of my creativity and knowledge. In my free time, I stay very active with my 3 kids whether it's paddle boarding/kayaking on the lake, traveling to new places, or appreciating downtime with self-care.
