I am a licensed massage therapist with extensive training in Massage modalities at Steiner Education Group.  In 2010 I graduated at the top of my class from Maryland's Baltimore School of Massage, an accredited massage therapy school and esthetician school - accredited by ACCSC.  Steiner Education Group is a subsidiary of Steiner Leisure Limited, which operated more than 200 spas on cruise ships and at resorts worldwide. I started working at Massage Envy in 2011 and I have held the HIGHEST request rate at the Mopac location for the past 6 years. Key components of my therapy sessions are combining my keen interest in people with a deep listening practice. I build each treatment session to meet each clients individual needs. My goal is to help you breathe again by kneading the muscles, which  allows the circulation of blood and oxygen to flow through the body.  By combining multiple massage techniques, which include: Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Cranial Sacral, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Russian, Reflexology, Hydro-therapy, Movement and Structure Assessments, I can help with physical movement, headaches, joint pain, fibromyalgia, self-esteem, mood swings, anxiety and so much more.   I love what I do and I thrive on seeing the results of my work and the relief my clients feel after a session with me.
