Cassie grew up on her family's dairy farm in eastern Nebraska, taking care of livestock and competing with them through 4-H and FFA. Horses were her main focus, and she still competes in barrel racing jackpots and rodeos.  She provides a holistic and integrative approach to her massages to better aid your wellness needs. She believes that self-care is the best form of health care.  Cassie offers a wide array of modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue/Sports, Pregnancy, Scar Tissue Management, Red Light Therapy, Cupping, Hot Stones, Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Reflexology, and Trigger Point. She is currently working on her Naturopathic Practitioner and Nutritionist certifications to provide an even more unique experience.
