My main goals as your therapist are to help you identify and relieve root causes of tension by working the problem areas thoroughly and intentionally while listening to the body's cues. I have been a holistic wellness enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I have always loved to experiment and explore different modalities of wellness whether the topic be movement, nutrition, art therapy, or herbalism. The list goes on and on! I am dedicated to my studies and motivated to all the possibilities of healing that learning could inspire..
