Hello! I’m Ryan, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas. Here’s a little bit about me! School and Continued Education: I graduated from Houston School of Massage in June 2024, took the licensing exam, and received my license to practice massage therapy in Texas the following month (July ‘24)! In school we trained in Swedish massage and deep tissue techniques; along with massage for elders, sports massage, hot stones, hydrotherapy, and cryotherapy. I have attended continued education courses covering myofascial Swedish, gliding cups, and cold stones. Why I was drawn to massage: I have always wanted to help people. My Grandma, who is my biggest influence, kept telling me I would be a great healthcare professional. After a back injury that causes chronic pain I knew the medical profession would be physically hard for me. I needed a career change after my injury. I have always loved receiving massages and had previously thought about it as a career many years ago. I wanted my new career path to honor Grandma’s memory, and finally made the jump into becoming a licensed massage therapist. My mission: I accept all bodies. I believe that people deserve a safe space to heal and relax without worry of judgement. Our bodies are all made different and have different capabilities! It’s what makes you uniquely you! I accept all communities, and believe in a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. = Where to find me and my specialties: I am currently mobile only! I don’t have a studio space but can do house calls in Fort Bend and surrounding counties. This means I come to you for your session! Mobile massage therapy appointments can happen at the client’s home, a senior/assisted living center or any living space. I can also do massages at businesses (for employee appreciation), health fairs and sporting events. I can accommodate large parties or just an individual. I specialize in myofascial Swedish and deep tissue. I excel in working on low back pain and scalp/neck work. I have experience with elders, those who have limited mobility and am a safe space for LGBTQ+.
