Hi, and welcome to my practice! I'm Emily. I'm a Nacogdoches native that has returned to my hometown in the pineywoods to support my community to meet their wellness needs and goals. My approach to bodywork addresses the human body as more than just a body: but as a complex being with internal richness and depth far grater than what meets the eye. My intention as your practitioner is to cultivate a peaceful and safe space to allow your nervous system to deeply relax and ground in a full body experience. I specialize in Swedish massage, myofascial release, and I am a certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist (CMLDT) offering manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and I am a reiki practitioner and personalize these techniques in sessions as needed.
