Hi, and welcome to my practice! I'm Emily. I’m a licensed massage therapist located in Nacogdoches, TX with a passion for supporting the wellness of my community through healing touch and personalized bodywork. My approach to bodywork addresses the human body as more than just a body: but as a complex being with internal richness and depth far greater than what meets the eye. My intention as your practitioner is to cultivate a space of peace and safety to allow your nervous system to deeply relax, and let your body's natural intelligence begin to work its magic.  I work with a blend of Swedish massage, myofascial release, and offer specialized services like manual lymphatic drainage and Reiki/energy work. My hope is to create a safe and restorative experience for my clients that allows them to relax a little deeper into their Being.
