Jennifer Mueller, LMT is new to the Waco area in the last couple years. Moving here after 27 years of moving around with her husband in the US Air Force.   She has had many careers including a yoga instructor before she finally was able to pursue her goal of becoming a massage therapist. She has one son age 25, who has been an athlete since a very young age.  Helping him overcome injuries and staying healthy piqued her interest even more in finding ways to self-care and avoid injuries.         She is looking to help her clients through massage by; helping alleviate pain, reduce stress, find relaxation and Improve Overall Wellness.  As someone who has an auto immune disease herself, she knows the importance of massage for everybody, and all the benefits it has to offer.  She believes massage should be affordable for everyone.        As a licensed massaged therapist some of her modalities include Swedish massage, aromatherapy scalp massage, hot stone massage, himalayan salt stone massage, decompression therapy (cupping), myofascial scraping (IASTM - instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and Kinesio taping.
