Over the years, I have had the opportunity to learn different modalities of massage therapy from all over the world. "No pain, no gain" is often not the best long-term healing approach. Instead, as everyone is different, it's important to understand what causes stress and/or anxiety. This allows for the tailoring of the massage session to each individual client. Often, those sessions include multiple massage modalities such as Deep Pressure, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Lomi Lomi, Thai, Champissage, TriggerPoint, Acupressure, Hot Stone, and Foot Reflexology. Combining those with the optimum ambient creates the setting for those stress and anxiety discomforts to flow away.
