I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018. I love helping others and have always felt drawn to natural alternatives of healing for as long as I can remember. When I graduated high school, my journey to seeking to be in the health care industry immediately begun. From being a certified nurse aide, to an administrative assistant, and even trying to go for my RN, massage therapy always seemed more fitting for me. It wasn't until I was working at a functional medicine clinic and had to take some time off after surgery, that a light bulb turned on. I discovered the holistic approach was effective for my family when massage therapy became a part of my recovery and healing process. I wanted to share my personal experience of the benefits of massage therapy to others. I enrolled into Kekino Academy Institute and it was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made. I believe that your mind, body, and soul all must be aligned with each other and getting regular massages really plays a big role in a healthy lifestyle. It is an added bonus that ties into the other parts of your life. Swedish massages provide so many various types of benefits, such as: pain management, increased blood flow circulation, increased flexibility, rehabilitation for muscle injuries/recoveries, improved immune systems, and my personal favorite.....REDUCED STRESS. Swedish massage is a great way to treat yourself and beyond that. The physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual effects of receiving this particular massage can benefit the body in so many extraordinary ways. It is NEVER too late to give your body what it "kneads."
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
